Product Description

It's an artisanal pasta made using wheat grown in Tuscany,only, handmade and slowly dried for over 36 hours at low temperature to keep unaltered all nutritional properties including those of the added wheat germ. Due to the rich content of vitamins and minerals, it's added fresh to the dough, enhancing the exceptional taste and unique consistency. Colour and taste come from the natural aromatic herbs and from vegetables used in the recipe.
